Article 4 (Membership registration and account management)

• The company may temporarily suspend service provision when necessary for operational purposes such as system inspection or equipment replacement, and will notify any planned suspension in advance.

Article 5-2 (Generating results using artificial intelligence)

• Generative artificial intelligence (AI) is used in the process of producing results, such as selecting the service's editing point, creating subtitles, and writing titles and summaries.
• Videos uploaded by members and the voices and chats included in them are automatically analyzed to generate results.
• The results created by AI may be different from facts or may not fit the context, and the accuracy of subtitles or appropriateness of editing points are not guaranteed. Members must check the contents before disclosing or distributing the results, and the company is not responsible for any results arising from use without verification.

Article 5-3 (YouTube channel connection and upload)

• Members may optionally connect their YouTube channel to the Service; You can upload an edited version of your report to that channel. This feature We use YouTube API Services.

• The service uploads only when the member presses the upload button and displays the destination channel, title, description, made-for-kids setting and selected visibility before upload.

• Members can disconnect from YouTube at any time in their settings. Unlinking will delete any permissions and connection data stored by the service, but will not affect videos already uploaded to YouTube.

Article 6 (Paid services and usage rights)

• Paid features of the Service are available through subscription plans and credits. One credit is used to create one Short, and the same applies not only to creating the first report but also to adding shorts to a published report.
• For tasks that use a credit, the credit is used at the time of request, and the task cannot be started if there are not enough credits remaining.
• The validity period of a credit paid or purchased by subscription is 3 months from the date of payment, and any credit that has expired will expire. There is no expiration date on credits given free of charge, such as to celebrate membership or invite friends.
• If you cancel your subscription or change to a lower plan, any carryover credits will be forfeited, except for those paid in the current billing cycle. Separately purchased credits and credits paid through subscription or recommendation do not expire at this time.

Article 6-2 (Payment and refund)

• Payment for paid services is made using credit or check cards through a payment agency designated by the company. Domestic card payments are handled by Nice Payments Co., Ltd., and overseas payments are handled by Polar Software Inc.
• Members may cancel their subscription within 7 days from the payment date. If the credit paid for in question has not been used at all, the full amount paid will be refunded. If it has been partially used, the remainder after deducting the amount corresponding to the used credit will be refunded proportionately.
• You can cancel your subscription at any time on your account page, and even if you cancel, you can still use it until the end of the cycle for which you have already paid. We do not provide prorated refunds for the remainder of a cycle that has already been paid for.
• If a member is unable to use the service properly, such as failure to produce results due to the company's fault, the company will restore the used credit or refund the amount.
• In principle, refunds for purchases made through card payment are only possible through cancellation of card sales.
• Once a refund is decided, the company will proceed with the refund process through the payment method without delay, and actual deposit may take additional processing time depending on the payment method, such as the credit card company.

Article 7 (Member’s Obligations)

Members must not do the following:

• Uploading a video for which you do not own the rights or without permission from the rights holder or submitting it as a replay link
• Acts that infringe upon the rights of others, such as copyright and portrait rights.
• Uploading content that violates laws or public order and morals
• Accessing the service in an unusual way or interfering with the operation of the service

When a member uploads a video file or submits a replay link, You own the rights to the video or have permission to use it from the rights holder. I represent and warrant to the company that I have received it.

Article 8 (Rights to Content)

• The rights to the original video uploaded by the member and the results generated by the service belong to the member (or the legitimate rights holder).
• Members grant the company the right to use content to the extent necessary to provide services (storage, analysis, encoding, editing, and transmission).
• Responsibility for disputes arising from content uploaded by a member infringing the rights of a third party lies with the member.

Article 8-2 (Sharing and disclosure of reports)

• By default, reports can only be viewed by members. If a member turns on sharing on the report screen, anyone who knows the sharing link can view and download the report and results without logging in.
• Shared report pages may be exposed to search engines. If you turn off sharing, viewing through the link will be blocked.
• Before turning on sharing, members must check whether the video, subtitles, and chat content included in the report can be made public.

Article 8-3 (Reporting of rights infringement and suspension of posting)

• The name and contact information of the reporter and materials proving that he or she is the holder of the right.

• When the company receives a report, it immediately stops sharing the content in question (makes it private) and notifies the reporter and the member who posted it.
• Members whose content has been suspended can request resumption by proving that they have a legitimate right, and the company will notify the reporter of the explanation and decide whether to resume in accordance with the procedures stipulated by relevant laws.
• The company may restrict use or terminate the service agreement for members who repeatedly infringe the rights of others in accordance with Article 10.
• The reporter is responsible for any damage caused by reporting without proper authority.

Article 9 (Change and suspension of service)

Article 10 (Restrictions on use and termination of contract)

• If a member violates these terms and conditions, the company may take measures such as warning, temporary use restriction, or termination of service agreement.

• Upon withdrawal, all remaining credits will be forfeited and no refund will be given. If you wish to receive a refund for an unused paid subscription, you must apply in accordance with the refund policy before withdrawal.

Article 11 (Limitation of Liability)

• The company does not guarantee specific performance, such as the number of views or profits of the results.
• The company is not liable for damages caused by reasons beyond the company's reasonable control, such as natural disasters or external platform failures (Chzzk, SOOP, etc.).
• The company is not responsible for any damage caused by the member's fault.

Article 12 (Governing Law and Dispute Resolution)

These terms and conditions shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea and shall be interpreted in connection with the use of the Service. If a dispute arises between the company and the member, it must be filed in the competent court under the Civil Procedure Act. You can file a lawsuit.

Supplementary provisions
